Cancellation/refund policy Cancellation of the conference participation is requested to be done in writing to Congress Ltd. The cancellation fee is 20% of the paid registration fee until March 31rd, 2010. Between March 31-June 30, 2010. 50% cancellation fee is charged by the paid registration fee.
