Thank you very much for showing interest in our Conference. To make your registration, payment, and participation easier, we call your attention to the following:

Registration:

Your registration is accepted once your payment had been confirmed. We kindly ask you to transfer your registration fee (including all coffee breaks, conference packet, venue and organizational costs, welcome party on 21 June, and conference reception on 22 June)

If you choose to stay at one of the hotels we booked for you, we also ask you to transfer accomodation fee (including taxes and hotel breakfast) when registrating.

Hotel reservation:

On our website you can make a hotel reservation. We offer hotels in three categories.

All participants are asked to pay (by bank transfer) the accomodation fee to the Congress Bureau (Congress Ltd.). All other fees (extras) are to be paid directly to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Registration:

Cancellation until 1 June 2007 - no cancellation fee
Cancellation after 1 June 2007 - no refund of the registration fee

Cancellation of hotel reservation

Cancellation until 1 June 2007 - no cancellation fee
Cancellation after 1 June 2007 - no refund of accommodation fee
